In 2022, 9720 Wilshire was re-envisioned by Montalba Architects and OJB Landscape Architecture. The restoration honored the building’s signature design while preserving its characteristic facade.

Central to the transformation, the plaza fountain was reimagined as a sunken garden with a circular lightwell, activating the previously unused garden level. 9720 Wilshire is dedicated to creating a greener future and reducing its' environmental impact.

Lobby and common space renovations elevate the elements that make the building iconic. Original features, including the plaza’s terrazzo, were thoughtfully restored. New materials take cues from Stone's design for a modern perspective.
